I was kinda bored and wanted to draw a character of mine and this is the result. If you dont know who or what this character is, it's my OC Neon Blacklight's Perfect Dark Form or as the form calls itself "Dehganyol". Well lets see if I can make a small list.

1. His name is Dehganyol or in ancient Neonian language "Black(Deh) Blood(Gan) Fire(Yol)" and when asked for what he is he response saying that he is the Shadow of Greed and the Brother of Wrath in which he means that he was born under the sin of Greed, and that he feeds off from the sin of Wrath or Anger in which that's why when Neon gets angry his eyes turn black.

2. His goal on Mobius is slightly more different than of Neons. He wants to shroud the world in eternal darkness where he will then absorb it into the Black Abyss or Neonian Hell.

3. Because he is a high level of Shadow from the Black Abyss, he can control all of the negative charged elements. Fire, Earth, Lightning, Steel, Space, Chemical, and even Blood. However because he is from the Black Abyss he has a severe weakness over light based attacks or the Sun.

4. He DOES have a mouth but it's patched over with a flab of flesh covering it. Sort of like Mephilis but instead of having his muzzle move like if he had a mouth, he speaks telepathically. When his mouth is opened, prepare to see some freaky and more horrifying stuff.

Least he is honest about his goals.

Is light a common element in the Neonian empire?

That sounds like something you could sell tickets to. Course, not a lot of repeat customers, but still....

Well though it is practiced it's not actually "Pure" Light. If you're talking about what Lithium has then yes I say it's pretty rare.

Yeah, just imagine looking into the jaws of a basking shark and while looking inside you see continuous rows of teeth.

Well it is known as one of the "Primary elements" but so long as Neon's in the throne I'm afraid light wont have its spotlight anytime soon.

Nah, Light isnt known to he hostile or destructive nature. It's more on the line of repel and protect.
