Description

A sword as fast as it is named after, wielded by the Head Assassin of the Radesen Empire, this sword has only been spoken in legends and rumors. For not only can it be swung at incredible speed to the point that it cannot even be seen, but grants the wielder with such speeds that rivals the most hardest of deadly winds and leaves nothing but death and shadows.

A dark blade whose silvered sharp edge being the only thing that reflects the light of the pale moon, this katana once belonged to a royal Assassin who had mastered the arcane arts of Shadow Magic and had sworn loyalty to a long forgotten Emperor of a lost ancient Empire. This assassin used this weapon to weave the very shadows to their advantage, with speedy precision they would seek out their target from the shadows, and leave not a trace of their presence as they sank back into the darkness. While attuned to this weapon you have Darkvision with a range of 120ft, additionally your movement speed is increased by 30ft. This weapon comes with 10 charges and regains all expended charges daily at dusk.

Shadow Talons: You can expend 2 charges to coat the blade of this weapon in a dark hazy mist, allowing it to deal an additional 2d8 Psychic damage until it makes a successful hit on a creature and damages them. Additionally while this feature is activated, your Sneak Attack deals an additional 2d6 damage.

Shadow Shroud: When you are in dim light or darkness, as a bonus action, you can magically teleport up to 120ft to an unoccupied space you can see that is also in dim light or darkness. Additionally, while in dim light or darkness your proficiency with Stealth is doubled as Passive Perception of creatures are at disadvantage towards you, as well as receiving disadvantage on their Perception when searching for you.
