For many years the Radesen people have went out and slain powerful beasts to prove their worth in battle and victory to their house. This sword belonged to Jolemra Tahesdof or as his title was known to be "The Sea Fang" for his fame of killing numerous sea beasts with his ship The Ocean's Gaze and his sword to which he forged from his first kill, a Hydra. Upon killing the Hydra, he took one of its teeth and placed it upon the swords pommel, which still leaves a venomous poison to whomever gets struck by the fang.

Their sword being specially made to hunt down such creatures of the deep, the pommel holding a fang ripped from the jaws of a mighty Hydra which is said to have been The Sea Fang's first kill, with its crossguard bearing twisting barbs similar to the horned Hydra they once fought long ago. You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

Bane of the Waters: When facing a creature whose home environment is aquatic such as swamps, bodies of water, underwater, or coastal beaches, attacks made with this weapon deals an extra 1d6 damage and ignores any Piercing resistances it may have. Additionally, during underwater combat you have no disadvantage on your attack rolls made with this weapon.

Hydra's Fang: The essence of the Hydra still lingers within this blade, causing the blade to drip with the toxic salivation of the Hydra's toxic maw. Upon dealing damage to a creature with this weapon, the creature must make a DC 14 Constitution save or become poisoned, dealing 6d6 Poison damage at the end of each of their turns. The poisoned creature can repeat this saving throw until successful after receiving the Poison damage at the end of their turn, upon which they will no longer be poisoned. After a success, the creature can no longer be poisoned by this feature after 24 hours.
